What we collect, and why.

What you give us

When you use the contact form or request a visit, you give us your name, your phone number, your email address if you choose to, the town, and what the job is. We use it to call you back, and to arrange the visit.

We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone except the services that run the site for us: hosting, email, and text messages about your job. Those services only get what they need to do that job.

What the site records on its own

The site uses Google Analytics and Google Search Console to count visits and to see which pages and towns people came from. That data is aggregated; it does not tell us who you are. Analytics sets a cookie in your browser to tell one visit from another. You can block it in your browser settings and the site works the same.

There are no advertising trackers on this site.

Reviews

After a job we may text or email you a link to leave a Google review. Leaving one is up to you. Reviews live on Google under Google's terms, not ours.

How long we keep it

Contact details stay in our customer list so we can serve you again. Ask and we delete them.

To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email russoprecisionelectricians@gmail.com or call +1 (516) 427-7019. We answer within a few business days.

Children

This site is for adults arranging electrical work. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes
