The plain terms for using this site.

Who we are

This website belongs to Russo Precision Electricians LLC, a licensed electrical contractor working on Long Island, New York. Using the site means you accept these terms.

Information, not a quote

Everything on this site is general information about electrical work. It is not a diagnosis of your property and it is not a price. A price comes in writing, after we have seen the job. Nothing here replaces a licensed electrician looking at your panel.

Requesting a visit

Sending a request on this site asks us to call you back; it does not book a time or start work. We call to arrange a visit that suits us both. For anything urgent, call +1 (516) 427-7019.

Safety

If you smell burning, see scorching at an outlet or panel, or hear buzzing from electrical equipment, switch off the circuit at the panel if it is safe to do so and call us or your utility. Do not open a panel or handle wiring yourself.

Photographs and content

The job photographs on this site are ours. The photographs of towns are used under the licenses listed on the Media credits page. Please do not copy or reuse any of it without asking.

Links

Links to Google, Facebook and other sites take you to sites we do not control. Their terms apply there.

Limits

We keep the site accurate, but we cannot promise it is error-free or always available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from use of the site itself. This does not limit any responsibility we have for work we do at your property, which is covered by our written agreement with you and by New York law.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
